The all-new PORTANOVA Premium compact wall-mounted Anaesthetic Machine, complete with Integral Selectatec mounting position, can accommodate all types of Selectatec Vaporizer, and is one the smallest full-feature Anaesthetic machines in the world. They may be simply lifted off the mounting bracket for use as a portable workstation. The optional Isomiser circle absorber fits directly onto the fresh-gas outlet, without need for spacers or stand-off connectors. The Selectatec mount allows for very rapid fitting and removal of Vaporizers, and can reduce the number of Vaporizers required in a Veterinary Practice. Height 35cm: width 30cm; depth (including Vaporizer) 21cm.These machines are designed specifically for the Veterinary Profession. They are all fitted with high-accuracy Rotameter type Flowmeter, RCVS Compliant, which has flow range optimised for general veterinary use. I.E., Oxygen, range 0.1 to 6 Litres per minute, with the bottom 60% of the tube indicating flow in the range of 0.1 to 2 Litres. This greatly increases the resolution at lower flow rates, facilitating precise flow-settings. Similarly, the Nitrous-Oxide flow range is chosen to suit anticipated usage. Some of our competitors only offer Ball-type flowmeters which do not satisfy RCVS Practice Standards for Approved General practices or Hospitals / Tiers 2 ∓ 3. A Rotameter has a rotating fluted bobbin indicating the rate of flow of gas. The rotation confirms that the gas is actually flowing, as a non-rotating bobbin, or ball, may be held anywhere in a tube by static electrical charge, thereby giving a false indication of flow! A flowmeter using a ball to indicate flow is not a Rotameter! All machines are supplied with a corner Fresh-Gas-Outlet, with integral Emergency Oxygen Flush. Choice of work-tray colour, yellow or blue. 1 year unconditional warranty on machines and Vaporizers. Legacy models are designed to accept Cagemount vaporizers. It may be used with a Selectatec vaporizer, if a Selectatec Compatibility block is fitted. Oxygen or Nitrous Oxide hose with BS Probe, 1, 2 or 3 Metre, £40 each.
