We specialize in
the comprehensive refurbishment of pre-owned Anaesthetic Machines,
and offer a 12-month unconditional warranty on all machines
supplied by us. We carry substantial stocks of spare parts, which
helps ensure a long working life for these machines, and offer
comprehensive servicing back-up. We avoid purchasing machines for
which spare parts are difficult, if not impossible to obtain. Ex NHS machines generally have many features which are of no use to
the Veterinary Profession, and in some cases represent a hazard to
the safe delivery of anaesthesia. For example: piped suction
controller and related tubing; Cyclopropane, Medical Air, and
Carbon-Dioxide flowmeters, and their related tubing, cylinder
mounts and pipework; quick-release high-pressure couplings;
unwanted piped gas supply lines; surplus vaporizer mounting
points; Ether bottles; etc.
We renovate all
major components, and simplify the whole machine wherever
possible, particularly aiming to reduce the amount of unnecessary
internal pipework and connections (potential leak points), and
make the overall dimensions as compact as possible. In most
instances we can rebuild the flowmeter blocks, so that only the
gases required can be delivered. We also ensure that the
high-accuracy Oxygen flowmeter has a flow range suitable for
general veterinary use, i.e. 0.1 to 8 Litres per minute, with the bottom half of the tube indicating flow in the range
of 0.1 to 2 Litres. This greatly increases the resolution at lower
flow rates. Similarly, we optimise the Nitrous-Oxide flow range to
suit anticipated usage.

and vaporizers

details. The anaesthetic machines are fully renovated and
modified to meet the needs of the Veterinary Professional, and are
covered by our unconditional warranty. We offer these
machines as single or two gas models, cylinder, pipeline or a
combination of both. All our equipment is covered by a full
post-sales back-up and support service. A selection of these
